UK addresses - All games will be sent by Royal Mail or by a recognised courier. Carriage charges quoted on the website are for the mainland UK and deliveries to the Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands plus all offshore Islands may be subject to surchages.
If an order is made and if a surcharge is aplicable you will be contacted and asked whether you still want to go ahead with the order. If the answer is yes, then arrangements will be made for payment of the surcharge.
European and Rest of World addresses - All games will be sent by a recognised courier.
19/04/04 Note: Due to an Insurance exclusion, games cannot be currently dispatched to the USA or Canada.
Delivery Schedule
Once you have placed your order and subject to your credit card being authorised we will arrange for the delivery of your game(s).
For games held in stock - UK addresses - Delivery should be within 7 business days. European Addreses - Delivery should be within 15 days. Rest of World - Delivery should be within 21 days.
For games delivered via the manufacturers - Many of the larger games such as Bar Football Tables and Skittle Alleys are delivered direct by the manufacturer and we have given below the estimated delivery times. Once you have placed your order we will contact you by email with a more accurate delivery date. Note that some of the largest/giant games cannot be dispatched to addresses outside the UK as the courier costs are too high. Prior to making an order you can email us at info@wizardgames.co.uk. For Uk addresses - Delivery should be within 20 business days. For European addresses - Delivery should be within 30 days. For Rest of World - Delivery should be within 8 weeks.
Returns Policy
In the event that your game(s) is/are defective in any way or for whatever reason you decide that the game is/are not to your complete satisfaction then the games(s) should be returned within 28 days of receipt with a covering note or letter giving your full contact details and the reason(s) for the return.
If for some reason the game(s) cannot be returned within 28 days, then please contact us to discuss and confirm an alternative time for the return of the game(s).
Any manufacturer's separate guarantee is in addition to the above.
A full refund will be given (including postage costs) or if preferred an exchange will be made.
